Why the ribbon tag?
Every return carries a hidden cost — packaging, fuel, handling — and for garments that arrive damaged or unsellable, those resources are simply lost. Our ribbon security tag lets us verify that a returned item is in resalable condition, so it can find a new home rather than a landfill.
Leaving the tag intact until you're certain costs nothing. Removing it is a commitment. We trust you with that.
